1⁄3 cup pumpkin purée
1⁄4–1⁄2 cup milk
1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of cloves
Pinch of nutmeg
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1–2 graham crackers, crushed
1. Combine all the ingredients, except the graham crackers, in the blender and blend until the
desired consistency is reached. Add more milk if desired.
2. Pour into individual serving glasses, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs, and serve
immediately.
