Stormi's Oatmeal Caramel Squares

1 Bag Caramels (64)
10 Tbsp. Milk
2 C. Oatmeal
1 1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 C. Melted Butter
2 C. Flour
2 C. Chocolate Chips

1. Melt Caramels with milk in saucepan over low-med heat. Let cool until needed.
2. Combine flour, oatmeal, sugar, baking soda, salt, and butter. Mix together.
3. Press 1/2 of crumb mixture into 9x13 pan, baking for 10 minutes at 350.
4. Sprinkle chocolate chips onto crust. Spread caramel ontop of chocolate chips.
5. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top of caramel. Bake 15-20 minutes.
6. Chill 1-2 hours before cutting.
