Italian Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
12 oz. tri-colored pasta
1 c. Lite Italian Dressing
2 Tbls. Balsamic Vinegar
1 c. Roma Tomatoes, sliced
4 oz Sliced Pepperoni
6 oz Provolone Cheese
¾ c. Fresh Spinach torn into bite size pieces
¼ c. Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and shock by putting into cold water & ice to stop cooking process. Drain well. Toss remaining ingredients. Put into serving bowl and top with Parmesan Cheese.
