BBQ Chicken Wings

Glazed Garlic Chicken Wings

Dry rub;
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 1/2 seasoning salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2tsp black pepper
3 lbs of chicken wings

MARINADE
1/2 cup tomato relish
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
3 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp dried ginger

DRY RUB;
Combine all ingredients and sprinkle evenly over wings. Place wings in large resealable storage bag and toss so every thing is covered.

MARINADE;
Combine al ingredients in small bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup, marinade for basting and pour remaining marinade over wings that are in the bag. Refrigerate for 2 hrs turning bag every now and then .then Place wings on a flat surface pan brush with reserved marinade and bake 20 min and turn and marinade them again. I would say about 50 min baking time all together. Oven at 375 F.

You can cook on the BBQ as well and also use this marinade for ribs.
