Mandarin Orange Cake

1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges (including juice)
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs

Beat 4 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes in 3 (9-inch) layer pans, greased and floured.

FROSTING:

1 c. plus 1 tbsp. crushed pineapple (including juice)
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix all together. Frost cake and refrigerate.
