Pumpkin Pie Milk Shake

1 qt. (4 cups) milk
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Butterscotch Instant Pudding
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

PLACE all ingredients in large pitcher with tight-fitting lid; cover. Shake vigorously 1 min. or until well blended.
SERVE immediately. (Mixture thickens as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired.)
