Energy Bars:

·      7 ½ cups oats
·      3 cups honey
·      3 cups peanut butter
·      ¾ cup craisins
·      ¾ cup raisins
·      ¾ cup wheat bran
·      ¾ cup flax meal
·      ¾ cup millet
·      ¾ cup sesame seeds
·      ¾ cup sunflower seeds
·      tbsp vanilla
·      tbsp cinnamon

Mix ingredients and pack down in a jelly roll cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges begin to look a little golden.
