2 cans cream of chick soup
8 oz sour cream
2 c crushed Ritz crackers
3 T poppy seeds
1 1/2 sticks butter
Cut the cooked chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Combine with the cans of cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Heat to bubbly. Pour into a 9x13 buttered pan. Mix together the crushed Ritz crackers and the poppy seeds. Sprinkle over the chicken mixture. Melt the butter and pour over the whole dish. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min until bubbly. Let cool a little before serving.
